During these uncertain times having working mobile devices is critical. Not only to communicate with colleagues, friends and family, but also to access information and emergency services. Accidents happen, but we are here to help. Some of our retail locations remain open, but for those of you who can’t get into one of our stores, we have a solution to get your device serviced and stay in touch.
We’ll Pick-Up Your Device For Repair
Effective immediately we will arrange to pick-up your device for repair and we will get it back to you as quickly as possible. We will do our best and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
How Pick-Up & Drop-Off Works

Talk to one of our expert technicians by phone, email or live online chat and get a repair quote.

Prepare your device to be picked up and repaired – we will provide you a waybill for shipping. Click here for instructions to prepare your device.

Give us the device, following the instructions we provided.

Once we receive it a full diagnosis will be completed and we will let you know if any additional work is required.

You approve the quote, we will complete the repair and contact you for payment.

Your device will be shipped back to you and we will send you a tracking number.
